Now for those that don't listen regularly we had two recent shows with the Nerd Girls Eye View and the Feeding Ground crew where I determined that it's fun to have a crew on the show so I decided to let this madness occur. Think of us as a tough crowd/chelsea handler type of podcast. (I'll still be doing the interview episodes as well, I promise!)
In this very episode we discuss our celebrity look alike, the death of Wizard magazine (Russ was once an intern at Wizard and his insights are a great listen), upcoming comic movies and we're also talking about death in comics (Johnny Storm, the Dibny's) and we even cover a bit of Identity Crisis (and our general like of Brad Meltzer). Alright so welcome to episode #8! As you can see this clocks in at about 2 hours, the reason being that I combined 2 shows into 1 due to the Christos Gage interview only being a half hour. So in this episode you get:

Next show I introduce you listeners to the creators of pocket god! and what their connections to comics are!
What happens when you get David Hine and Shaky Kane together for an interview before their big 3 comic shop tour? Well insanity and hilarity ensued as we talk all about Bulletproof coffin, Doctor Who, how many users are on skype and how many projects Dave is working on right now.
Episode #6 I am joined by good friend, writer and all around great guy Jim McCann. We talk about the early reactions to Hawkeye/Mockingbird, Return of the Dapper Men, what his thoughts are on becoming a freelancer and much much more!
Welcome to episode #5 where there would have been a cold open with yours truly but... still trying to work out the show bugs. Hopefully for shows #7 and #8, we'll see if I can fix the program i'm using.
This week we were joined by the very awesome Fred Van Lente as we talk about Amadeus Cho, working with Greg pak and Jeff Parker, his twittring, his thoughts on Justified and Red Dead Redemption as well as the tease to the project that has since been announced!
Two things I wanted to point out: Mike Galusick was supposed to join me for this episode but sadly Skype seemingly hated both of us and we didn't appear online for each other. I've promised to make it up to him.
Also the teased project has been revealed as a Taskmaster mini! Which definitely has my attention. Also announced was the mini bringing back Hercules and a new incarnation of the god squad starting, I believe, in September! We will certainly be following up with Fred and he may bring someone along. Tune in for that future show.
